There are many designers who cater to the women golfers to make exciting, fashionable and functional golf outfits. Believe it or not, having a ardent fashion sense when it comes to golf often makes us appeal more of an authority on the game. Sports Psychology applies in all sports, but it seems especially important in the game of golf. In many other sports (think baseball) your actions are almost automatic. There’s not a lot of time to think about a moving ball.
But in golf, the ball just sits there giving you more time to think about your golf shot. That’s where the mental game of golf can trap you. Too much time to think. For the best results, you should pick one swing thought and stick with it. Read more
